Stair climbing stats

After not climbing ANY stairs at work in January, or February, or March, ... or August, or September, I figured that stair climbing would be a good way to help build up my strength and stamina. Here is a spreadsheet of my progress so far:

On the first day, I only climbed two flights of stairs and I was well out of breath by the top of the second set. My plan is to continue to climb up and down the stairs, but to reach a point where I can go from the very bottom to the very top without puffing and wheezing all the time. There will be two ways to measure this, numerically. One is to set a timer for 10:00 minutes, and see how many floors I can go up and down in that time. The other is to see how quickly I can manage to get from the basement to the top floor and back again. Then, re-measure each week and see the progress, either in terms of increased number of floors or shorter time taken.
